At Fox River, we are committed to your peak performance. If your sports gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all athlete tags and performance labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
